Our dedicated day for giving back to the community
Though each of us chooses to give back to the community in our own way, we at Windermere also have a tradition of giving back as a group by working together on a special day. This year, we are doing so by having a Summer Safety Fair in conjunction with the Skagit Valley YMCA. Please join us for a day of education & fun!

I thought it would be fun to start out this little adventure by calling out to all the residents for pictures you took around the neighborhood of our lovely December 2008 snow storm. Lost and Found
The idea for this site arose because there seems to be a need in the neighborhood to have a place to post “lost”, “found”, “garage sale” and other such info. Light poles and mail boxes are not allowed by the HOA for these postings…so, we thought maybe this would work. So, this is your place to come for all the happenings in the neighborhood. If you’ve got news to share, email us, and we’ll add it for all to see.
In addition, we’ll include information we think might be helpful to you about what we know best: real estate and financing.
